The Sitting Room
A beautiful and spacious sitting room complete with a stunning log burner, beams and a vaulted ceiling. We offer three large sofas and two armchairs to seat up to 12 persons, a wall-mounted Smart TV, Bluetooth speaker and DVD player, with a selection of DVDs, books and board games.
The Barn
Consisting of a large kitchen/dining area that seats up to 12 persons, a two oven electric range, sink, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, toaster, kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, and plenty of utensils, pots and pans, crockery and glasses.
Six Luxurious Bedrooms
Enjoy a perfect night's sleep in one of our luxurious beds. The barn sleeps up to 8 people, with four bedrooms and two bathrooms; perfect for families and groups of friends wanting to spend that quality time together in the stunning countryside for all the family to enjoy.
The Annexe
Opposite to the barn, the Miller's Rest and The Granary consist of two bedrooms with ensuite wet rooms and a small guest kitchen. Both rooms have their own front door and can be linked together to make a larger family accommodation if required.
The Grounds
Directly outside the cottage, guests can enjoy the large dining set, gas BBQ, and a rattan sofa that overlooks the rolling countryside. There is easy access to footpaths and cycle routes directly outside the property. Guests can take a stroll through the adjoining field to reach Tissington Ford Barn's picnic area located by the peaceful haven stream.
Hot Tub Add-on
We can provide a 7 seater luxury hot tub for the property. It includes mood lighting and an ice compartment/ drinks holder attached to the side – perfect for ultimate relaxation.
Hot tub hire pricing for the weekend is £195.00 and for the week, £225.00. This can be organised upon booking or closer to your stay! Contact us today for further detail.
Dog-Friendly
We accept two small dogs at Tissington Ford Barn!
We require a £300.00 refundable bond a week prior to your arrival – this will be refunded in the week following your stay subject to no damage or additional cleaning required.
Pooch rules will be provided upon request and booking.
