A beautiful and spacious sitting room complete with a stunning log burner, beams and a vaulted ceiling. We offer three large sofas and two armchairs to seat up to 12 persons, a wall-mounted TV, Bluetooth speaker and DVD player, with a selection of DVDs, books and board games.

Consisting of a large kitchen/dining area that seats up to 12 persons, a two oven electric range, sink, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, toaster, kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, and well-equipped utensils, crockery and glasses.

Enjoy a perfect night's sleep in one of our luxurious beds. The barn sleeps 6-12 persons, with six bedrooms and four bathrooms/ shower rooms; perfect for families and groups of friends wanting to spend that quality time together in the stunning countryside for all the family to enjoy.

Opposite to the barn, the Miller's Rest and The Granary consist of two bedrooms with ensuite wet rooms and a small guest kitchen. Both rooms have their own front door and can be linked together to make a larger family accommodation if required.

Directly outside the cottage, there are three picnic tables and a lawned garden area with views over the rolling countryside. There is easy access to footpath and cycle routes , one of which leads to our new picnic area specifically created for Tissington Ford Barn guests located next to the peaceful haven stream. An EV Charger can be found in the car park.
