Hard of Hearing and Partially Sighted

For those in your group who are hard of hearing:

  • our televisions do provide subtitles.
  • Upon request we can also provide our portable induction hearing loop. It enables people with a hearing aid (T setting). This would help guests to more clearly hear the TV and conversations around a table without background noises interfering.

For those in your group who are partially sighted, we do ensure:

  • There are no obstructions within our rooms that could pose a safety hazard for you
  • Hand rails are fixed on each staircase
  • We can, upon request, provide bright stickers on light switches
  • We provide good lighting throughout the property and upon request provide additional lamps should you require them.
  • Should you require any documents in large print, do let us know
